Business Context
Identity systems used by governments and enterprises often rely on centralized structures that create risks around privacy, ownership, and data exposure. In contrast, Identry was positioned as a solution that aligns with the principles of self-sovereign identity, where digital identity can be managed more securely and transparently.
The project sits within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain and was designed to serve organizations that need a higher standard of compliance, reliability, and trust in how identity data is created, stored, and shared.
Solution Approach
The project combined product strategy, design, and blockchain architecture to create a privacy-first digital identity platform for regulated environments.
Key solution directions included:
- Defining the product strategy for a compliant SSI platform
- Designing a trust-oriented brand and interface system suitable for public-sector and enterprise usage
- Building user experiences that make identity flows understandable without sacrificing security
- Using Hyperledger Fabric as the blockchain foundation to support privacy, permissioning, and traceability requirements
- Overseeing development across web and mobile experiences to ensure consistency and long-term platform evolution
